I have to say I am so very happy with the service I have received so far. Jason truly goes above and beyond to explain things and make sure you are happy with the service you receive. . Called him right before five on a Friday and was out within the hour. I could tell from the get go he was an honest guy and I didn’t feel like I needed to get five estimates, I felt like he was doing the best he could for me. I am very thankful I found him and his team. Not a single complaint.
My air conditioner stopped working and, of course, I thought it would either be so expensive to fix or I would need a new unit. I called Jason and he came out within the hour. He is so friendly and professional and it turned out to be an easy fix. I highly recommend Out of a Jam HVAC. They sure got me out of a jam on a hot day.
Woke up yesterday morning the temperature in my house was 80°. After calling multiple companies they were not able to come out immediately to help me. Jason automatically said yes I'll be there and at the end of his day showed up 7:30 p.m.. he fixed my condenser and got my air conditioning running. He also showed me everything he was doing and educated me on many parts of the air conditioner and how it should be working. He literally got me out of a jam. I will definitely use him to replace my system.
Our AC went out at the start of this summers heat waves. We were dealing with Liberty Home Guard warranty company that was making the situation a nightmare for over a month. We finally ended up having to find our own tech to install the new unit. Out Of A Jam was recommended by several neighbors and they did not disappoint. Jason came out the same day I called him and gave me a fair estimate given our complicated layout. His guys were here a few days later. They were very nice and respectful and they did a great job.
We had Jason & two of his workers out to fix our oil burner. Finding someone who works on them is hard enough! These guys were great. He was out the same day a few hours after our call. We needed a part which he quickly got & was back the next morning. They stayed until they were confident it was fixed & safe. We are so grateful & highly recommend Out of a Jam.
Jason and his crew did a fantastic job with replacing my mixing valve. The company who did the job doesn’t do residential and wouldn’t warranty it. Jason replace it and when it wasn’t at his liking he change the whole set up. Very professional and kept me in the loop the whole time while I was at work.
I called Out of a Jam HVAC when my AC stopped working over the weekend. Jason offered to come right away but he was also transparent about the weekend pricing, which i appreciated! I decided to wait and he showed up pretty much first thing Monday morning and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. He also spent some time to look at the rest of the HVAC system, and told me about a few things about maintaining it as a homeowner, which was very helpful.
